Bill King is an internationally recognized authority on business attraction and retention. As the longtime editor-in-chief of Expansion Management, an award-winning international site location and economic development magazine, he spent a decade-and-a-half working closely with business leaders and corporate site selectors, as well as with state and local economic development professionals.
Bill previously spent a career as a U.S. Army officer, serving in a wide variety of positions all around the world, including serving on General Schwarzkopf's staff during the first Gulf War. He is a graduate of Texas A&M and holds a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University. |

Michelle Smith moved to Nacogdoches in 2005 to own and operate the Hardeman House Bed & Breakfast with her husband, Craig. She had previously been employed by Hospira, formerly known as Abbott Laboratories, where she worked in various positions in sales and marketing. Prior to joining NEDCO, she was the Director of Community and Guest Relations at Nacogdoches Medical Center. |
